Our employees offer extensive and diverse project experience with a philosophy of total customer service in supporting and understanding the client’s technical needs and requirements. A strong commitment to providing total client satisfaction through competent, timely, and cost-effective technical services has earned our company a reputation for responsiveness and excellent value.

We currently employ over 78 individuals, including 34 engineers (with 12 licensed Professional Engineers in Montana and additional licenses in Idaho, Wyoming,South Dakota, Alaska and Washington), 9 Natural Resource Scientists, 1 safety/industrial hygiene specialist, 4 CAD Specialists, 2 Information Technology Specialists, 2 surveyors, 1 GIS Specialist and 9 Construction Inspectors/Technicians. Our administrative group supports the technical staff with expertise including technical editing, clerical, accounting, and contracts.

Our employees offer many years of diverse experience in providing solutions to engineering and environmental-related problems. Many of our key personnel are well known throughout engineering, sciences, and construction management circles in Montana.
