Our employees offer extensive and diverse project experience with a philosophy of total customer service in supporting and understanding the client’s technical needs and requirements. A strong commitment to providing total client satisfaction through competent, timely, and cost-effective technical services has earned our company a reputation for responsiveness and excellent value.

We currently employ over 60 individuals, including 23 engineers (with 8 licensed Professional Engineers in Montana and additional licenses in Idaho, Wyoming and South Dakota), 10 staff or project scientists, 3 senior scientists, a safety/industrial hygiene specialist, 7 CAD designers, 1 Information Technology specialist, 3 surveyors, and 4 technicians. Our administrative group supports the technical staff with expertise including technical editing, clerical, accounting, and contracts.

Our employees offer many years of diverse experience in providing solutions to engineering and environmental-related problems. Many of our key personnel are well known throughout engineering, sciences, and construction management circles in Montana.
