Structural Engineering Services

The type of structural engineering services to be performed by Pioneer Technical Services will consist of the following:

Structural Inspections and Reporting: Performance of inspections of existing residential and commercial buildings and industrial structures, constructed of concrete, steel, masonry and or wood, to assess the structural condition and identify damage due to natural deterioration, fire, wind or other causes.

Civil Structures: Design of earth retaining walls, water storage tanks, stormwater culverts, repairs to concrete dams, and design of other similar fixed location structures.

Buildings: Design of structural components (footings, floor and roof beams and trusses, support columns, load bearing walls, connections, etc.) for fixed location residential, commercial and industrial buildings constructed of concrete, steel, masonry and or wood.

Foundations: Design of footings and foundations for pre-engineered metal buildings for specific sites and for fixed location industrial structures.

Industrial Structures: Design of fixed location equipment support frames, crane runways, equipment lifting devices, elevated walkways, concrete slabs on grade, spill containment basins, and other similar structures.

Bridges: Design of slab, girder or truss bridges constructed of concrete, steel and or timber, to carry pedestrians and or motorized vehicles at specific sites.
