The staff of Pioneer Technical Services, Inc. is responsible for conducting all phases of remedial action activities for sites involving both organic and inorganic contaminants of concern. Responsibilities include remedial design, preparing plans and specifications, soliciting and evaluating construction bids, performing on-site construction management and health and safety oversight, and verifying post-remediation attainment of cleanup standards.

The staff of Pioneer Technical Services, Inc. has experience with in-situ bioremediation; revegetation; containment; on-site disposal; and excavation, transportation, and disposal at treatment, storage, and disposal facilities. The experience of Pioneer Technical Services, Inc. in groundwater treatments includes design and installation of soil vapor extraction systems and evaluating the performance of an existing bioremediation system. Pioneer Technical Services, Inc. subcontracts earth work and transportation services and has had successful experience with several local and regional firms.
