Pioneer Technical Services, Inc. has provided technical services for uncontrolled hazardous substance releases at over 100 sites. We’ve guided clients through all phases of the National Contingency Plan (NCP). We’ve also assisted clients with the Montana CECRA and VCRA processes and are experienced in all other environmental laws and regulations associated with uncontrolled hazardous substances, including the CWA, CAA, RCRA, SBWA, TSCA, OSHA, and FIFRA. Our experience allows us to offer cost-effective solutions to uncontrolled waste problems. Specific services include Preremedial Investigations; Hazard Ranking System Scorings; Remedial Investigations; Feasibility Studies and Engineering Evaluations/Cost Analyses; Remedial Designs/Remedial Actions; Treatibility Studies; and Risk Assessments.
